Danville Station
The Danville Station Homeowners Association was established in 1973. It is a professionally managed association of homeowners governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. This charming community is conveniently located in the heart of the beautiful San Ramon Valley. Spread over 100 acres, these 318 homes sit amongst meticulously cared for landscape including greenbelts, parks, creeks, and pathways. Danville Station’s residents enjoy recreational amenities including a sparkling pool, a tot-lot, four lighted tennis courts, two parks with playgrounds, and a rentable Clubhouse. Danville Station offers convenient access to the 680 freeway, a gateway to the entire Bay Area. The 32-mile Iron Horse trail runs through the HOA, providing a walking and biking path that can lead you to Concord if you head North or Pleasanton if you head south! Danville's Historic Downtown is just minutes away and features an abundance of delicious restaurants, quaint boutique shops, and much more! This delightful Town sits in the foothills of Mount Diablo and offers picturesque views in all directions. Danville has many parks, including dog parks and encourages an active lifestyle! 
 
Danville Station children have access to one of the most highly rated school districts in the state of California. John Baldwin Elementary and Charlotte Wood Middle Schools are an easy walk for most families through the private greenbelts and parks of the Association.
 
Danville Station is community forward, not only with its close proximity to the freeway and Town attractions, but in that DSHOA offers Recreational Memberships to the outside community as well.
