Pepperwood Park is 3.5-4 acres of lush landscaping in the Danville Station HOA. This beautiful park features a brand-new playground structure (ages 2-5 years old) complete with TWO swing sets! There are multiple picnic tables that are perfect for enjoying a mid-day meal outdoors and the spacious, green, grassy area is perfect to kick around a soccer ball or play a game of catch or frisbee! Lay a blanket under one the many tall, shady trees to enjoy a picnic or read your favorite book. The scenic walking pathways won't disappoint either.
*This is NOT a dog park. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leash at ALL times. Owner's must clean-up after their dogs as well; there are pet stations throughout the HOA.
*No e-bikes or e-scooters allowed on the pathways of Pepperwood Park.
