Non-Member Rec Membership

Danville Station is one of few HOAs that allows non-HOA members to use their recreational facilities. We offer Recreational Memberships for the outside community, allowing for non-HOA members to stay cool in the summer and active all year long! 

 

The Recreational Membership term is from May 1st through April 30th and is limited to the pool (schedule is posted below each season), and the tennis courts which are lighted until 10:00pm year-round. The cost of the recreational membership this year (2026-27) is $700.00 with a $150.00 refundable deposit. As the Membership year progresses, reduced rates are considered for the remainder of the membership period. 

 

If you wish to join as a Recreational Member, please choose the appropriate contract packet below, you can email the documents to jessie@hoaservices.net, then bring two (2) separate checks – one (1) for the Membership fee, and one (1) for the key deposit of $150.00 - both checks should be made payable to DSHOA, to: Homeowner Association Services, 2266 Camino Ramon, San Ramon, CA 94583. *Please note, keys must be picked up and signed for in person at the management office. (Renewing members can email the contract and annual information update sheet to Jessie Lynn, and mail checks, or bring them to our office.)
